As a key member of our Sylvania front office team, Mary plays an integral role in
creating a welcoming and supportive experience from a client’s very first contact with
Trinity Care of Ohio. Specializing in intake and scheduling, she helps connect clients
with the right therapist, coordinates appointments, and guides individuals and families
through the first steps of beginning services.
Beyond the front desk, Mary is an important part of the daily workflow that keeps our
Sylvania office running smoothly. Her organization, attention to detail, and caring
approach help ensure our clients feel supported and our clinical team has the
administrative coordination needed to focus on providing exceptional care.
