With a degree in Finance and extensive leadership experience, Joel brings a
strong background in business operations, financial management, and team
development to Trinity Care of Ohio. Prior to joining Trinity Care, he served in General
Manager roles overseeing multimillion-dollar automotive auction operations, where he
was responsible for financial performance, employees, and day-to-day business
operations.
As Director of Operations & Finance, Joel oversees the business systems that keep
Trinity Care running smoothly, including financial management, human resources, and
practice operations. His experience leading large-scale organizations allows him to
bring both structure and a people-focused approach to the practice, supporting the team
behind the scenes so our clinicians can remain focused on what matters most —
providing exceptional care to our clients.
