Sarah is a marriage and family therapy intern currently completing her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy through Capella University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Toledo, where she developed a deep appreciation for the power of language, connection, and story; values that continue to shape her clinical work.
Sarah enjoys working with couples, families, and individuals navigating relational challenges, life transitions, and emotional distress. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, and structural therapy. She offers a warm, reflective, and client-centered presence within each session, creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
