Ashley is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S)
who earned her master’s degree in social work from Wayne State University and her
bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Toledo.
With more than 15 years of experience, Ashley has worked with individuals across the
lifespan, from adolescents through older adulthood, as well as with couples and
families. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients
understand how patterns of thinking can influence emotions, behaviors, relationships,
and everyday life.
Ashley approaches therapy from a strengths-based and solution-focused perspective,
placing a strong emphasis on developing a positive and trusting therapeutic
relationship. She works collaboratively with clients to identify challenges, recognize their
strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.
Ashley believes therapy can help individuals better understand themselves, navigate
life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward goals that support a
healthier and more fulfilling life.
