She also helps individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, stress management, self-image and self esteem issues. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy and mindfulness.  Christine is a culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

Christine was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She moved to the US in 1997.  Christine holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University, MI and a Bachelor  of Arts in Psychology from the University of Toledo.  Christine’s specializes in Women’s issues such as pregnancy loss, postpartum depression,  domestic violence and hormonal changes.
